Rustic Rye Bread
Nutritious rye bread with dark crust.
Ingredients
- 300 g rye flour
- 200 g bread flour type 850
- 10 g dry yeast
- 350 ml warm water
- 2 žlč. salt
- 1 žl. honey
Instructions

Mix both flours, yeast and salt.

Add water and honey, knead for 8 minutes.

Let rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.

Shape into a round loaf, score the top.

Bake at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
