
Cornbread
Traditional golden cornbread.
Ingredients
- 200 g corn flour
- 200 g white flour type 550
- 250 ml milk
- 2 kom eggs
- 60 g butter
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients: both flours, salt, baking powder.

Add eggs, milk and melted butter.

Pour into a greased pan.

Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.
