Whole Wheat Seed Bread
Healthy whole wheat bread with mixed seeds.
Ingredients
- 400 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g white flour type 550
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g flax seeds
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 350 ml warm water
- 7 g dry yeast
Instructions

Mix flours, yeast, salt and seeds.

Add water and knead for 10 minutes.

Let rise for 1.5 hours.

Shape, sprinkle with seeds, let rest 30 more minutes.

Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
