Soft Italian focaccia with olive oil and rosemary.
Mix flour, yeast and salt. Add water and oil.
Knead for 8 minutes, let rise for 1 hour.
Stretch into an oiled baking tray. Dimple with fingers.
Drizzle with oil, sprinkle rosemary and coarse salt. Rest 30 min.
Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
