Homemade Croissants
Buttery croissants with crispy layers.
Ingredients
- 500 g raised dough flour
- 250 g butter
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 žlč. salt
Instructions

Make dough from flour, milk, sugar, yeast and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll dough into rectangle, place butter slab and fold.

Repeat folding 3 times, chilling between each fold.

Cut triangles and roll croissants. Let rise for 45 min.

Brush with egg wash and bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
