Crepe Cake
Stacked crepe cake with vanilla cream.
Ingredients
- 250 g cake flour type 400
- 500 ml milk
- 3 kom eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 30 g butter
Instructions

Make crepe batter from flour, milk, eggs and sugar.

Fry 15-20 thin crepes.

Prepare vanilla cream (custard, cream, sugar).

Stack crepes with cream between each layer.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
