Chocolate Cake
Rich and moist chocolate cake for special occasions.
Ingredients
- 250 g cake flour type 400
- 200 g sugar
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 200 ml milk
- 3 kom eggs
- 100 g butter
Instructions

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, milk and melted butter.

Pour into a greased 24cm pan.

Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Check with a toothpick.

Cool and top with chocolate glaze.
