
Homemade Fresh Pasta
Simple homemade egg pasta.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta flour
- 4 kom eggs
- 1 žl. olive oil
- 1 prst. salt
Instructions

Place flour on work surface, make a well in the center.

Add eggs, oil and salt. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.

Wrap in cling film and rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out thinly and cut into desired shapes.

Cook in salted water for 2-3 minutes.
