Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and salt, knead for 15 minutes.
Let rise for 8-24 hours at room temperature.
Divide into 4 balls, let rest for another 2 hours.
Stretch dough by hand, add sauce and toppings.
Bake at highest oven temperature (250°C+) for 8-10 minutes.
