Mill Operator

We are looking for an experienced mill operator to join our production team in Brezje near Zagreb. As a mill operator, you will be responsible for managing milling equipment, controlling the grinding process and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating and supervising milling equipment
• Controlling the grain grinding process (wheat, rye, corn)
• Monitoring flour quality during the production process
• Maintaining and cleaning milling equipment
• Collaborating with the quality control team
• Keeping records of production and quality parameters

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the milling industry or related production
• Knowledge of milling processes and grain processing technology
• Ability to work in shifts
• Physical ability to work with heavy equipment
• Basic knowledge of HACCP standards
• Category B driving license
• Preferred: Secondary or higher education in food technology
