Quality Assurance Lab Technician

Join our quality control team! We are looking for a lab technician who will conduct physical-chemical analyses of flour and other products, ensuring compliance with HACCP and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting laboratory analyses of flour (moisture, ash, gluten, granulation)
• Sampling products during the production process
• Documenting results and maintaining laboratory records
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000 and other quality standards
• Collaborating with the production team on quality improvement
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Participating in internal and external audits

• Degree in chemistry, food technology or related field (BSc or MSc)
• Knowledge of analytical methods for the food industry
• Laboratory experience (milling or food industry preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards
• Precision and analytical thinking
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, laboratory software)
• Active knowledge of English
